Only On Deliveroo Campaign
What started as a small 3 week freelance booking turned into a full year of leading the Deliveroo in-house creative team across multiple global campaigns. One of the big ones was our ‘Only On Deliveroo’ Campaign which was across Ireland and the UK shouting out the best and funniest (and sometimes weirdest) reviews we could find.

The idea: Highlight exclusive restaurants on Deliveroo by shouting out the best/funniest/weirdest reviews
Only On Deliveroo was all about tapping into real customer reviews and bringing the good, the funny and the down right rabid fans to forefront, their love of these dishes is really important and it also encourages more customers to hype up their fave spots.
I read 112,000 reviews for a number of exclusive to Deliveroo restaurants and we put the best ones on giant billboards. Everyone loves reading funny reviews and they’re often more trusted than Deliveroo recommendations so why not use this goldmine. There were obviously some NSFW reviews but the majority were hilarious. A personal fave for Shake Shack - “Just what I needed mid-mental breakdown” or a classic wagamama '“The katsu was so good I'm about to make it my whole personality”
We took a selection of the best and ran them across 99 OOH sites, across social media and CRM racking up millions of impressions and encouraging customers to try new restaurants. Remember your reviews are public!
