Deliveroo for Work

Deliveroo for Work is exactly what it says on the tin, it’s delicious food delivered to your work. Plus some tasty extras like meal allowances, group ordering & controls allowing you to think outside the lunchbox.

Taking the elements of the dashboard seen by users we were able to show complex information in easily digestible visual ways. All centered around the toggling on/off of these company benefits.

Aimed at professional offices like legal and finance firms who typically work late and have client lunches and a lot of on site staff to feed Deliveroo for Work offers a new way of working that encourages healthy food options while relieving the stress of running an office canteen. You can keep an eye of expenses, give group allowances and find all your monthly invoices in one place.

The iconic Deliveroo ‘Roote’ has been given a clean, slick direction and is reminiscent of city buildings and the warm white background has a paper quality to it.

The photography was an important element of this brand refresh and the direct flash style helps Deliveroo for Work stand out in a sea of bland stock photography of people laughing into salads. We know this isn’t how you eat lunch so we wanted to capture the energy of an office at lunch, it’s buzzy a bit frantic and full of personality. The viewer is in the position of the decision maker looking at warm, positive employees.

Initially focusing on LinkedIn and choice OOH placements around the City of London we created a Toolkit allowing the DfW team to create assets that will be onbrand.

Simple and straightforward with a dash of wit. Deliveroo for Work’s tone of voice is all about making the complex simple and the mundane delightful.

It's about speaking to businesses that value efficiency, but also understand the importance of a well-fed and happy workforce. Even though this is B2B, we wanted to infuse our messaging with warmth and joy. Employing foodie language where appropriate and selling the experience of simplicity.
